7. Technical Writers:



The work of these people is to write technical papers and editing them according to requirement. The main eligibility for this position is good communication and writing skills with work processing knowledge like MS word. Subject knowledge over their work is very important.







8. Technical supporters (help desk supporter):



These people provides supporting activities to the end users or employees of their customers, those are using their software or hardware products. These issues are arises in the day to day activities of the end user at the time of real-time situation to use companies products.

The responsibility of the technical supporter is to provide immediate solutions to the customers and rectifying problems arising in the real time. These people should have good in-depth knowledge about their products for which they are providing support.







9. Database Administrators:



This job involves mainly creation, testing and maintenance of database. This job requires knowledge about (concepts or languages) like DBMS, RDBMS, SQL, oracle database, DB2, MS Access, MySQL, Foxpro, understanding about ERP packages are required.



10. Graphic Designers/Animation designers (like 3D, 2D, etc):



This job requires more talent in imagination, painting, and creativity and animation. These people create animations like 2D, 3D, or graphics for software, websites, games, movies, for the good visual appearance and nice looking of the products.

For this purpose there are many software are available like MAYA, Adobe Photoshop, and Animators.



11. Data entry operators:



This job requires typing skills with 50 words per minute on average and language skills in which language they are working such as English.

The main work of this job is to enter or convert data from PDF format or hardcopy to electronic format or entering data from ordinary source to specified Database. This is the very easiest job in IT field, which requires least computer and communication skills. Other than typing and language skill they are no other qualification requires for this job. We can work from home also.







12. Content developers:



This job involves development of content relating to the subject. This requires more subject knowledge in the field where they are working. These people need to develop material about the particular subject. Apart from they need writing, editing, and computer skills, which will help in content development.



13. Users of software or packages:



These are the end user jobs available in the companies where they need to use particular products those are purchased and implemented by companies. Suppose SAP software is implemented in a company all the employees of that company need to work on that software. Here they are not developing or learning in-depth that products, just they have to learn how to do their work on that software. For thins companies will give preference to the people with knowledge of software as an end user.







14. Software sales people:



The main work of these people is to sell the companies software or hardware products to the customers. For this they should poses good communicating skills and understanding of the products developed and sold by their company.
